It is the goal of Cocozzo Physical Therapy,PC to provide quality care while seeking to return patients to their prior level of function in an efficient manner utilizing our staff’s extensive knowledge and experience in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
For a low monthly fee,we also offer a Maintenance Program which allows our patients to continue to utilize our exercise equipment,after completion of prescribed therapy.
Our hours are Monday thru Thursday 8am-7pm and Friday 8am-5pm…We are closed daily from 12pm-1pm for lunch.
We participate with most major insurance companies.
